The RM of Sasman provides administrative support to the Hamlets of Kuroki, North Shore Fishing Lake, and Ottman-Murray Beach, Communities of Nut Mountain, Kylemore and the Special Service Area of Margo, as well as to the subdivisions of Aurora Beach, Prince and Sokochoff.

PUBLIC NOTICE - DECLARED STATE OF LOCAL EMERGENCY
The RM has declared a State of Local Emergency effective May 1, 2026, under Section 20 of The Emergency Planning Act, due to serve flooding that has caused complete washouts with the Municipalility.
Please OBEY all road closures, signage and barricades. Avoid flooded or damaged roads, and NEVER drive through standing or flowing water.
Please report any new sites of flooding to the RM Office.
